While searching for a new payment Platform beginning in 2015 James Patton, while CEO of The Boon Group, one of the larger independent payers in the U.S. located in Austin, TX, began the exploration into creating a benefit claim platform on Salesforce.com to solve three major issues of claims platforms today:  Integration of Data caused by multiple systems and processes; Autonomous configurability; Automation to create unique and personable Customer Experiences.

Our Journey So Far

2016

A VISION IS FORMED

With 175,000 members using many different products and services, a new claims platform was envisioned that would be in the cloud, and it determined that Salesforce's application platform provided the best architecture to deliver on Healthvue's goals for all payers, plan sponsors, business partners, employees, providers, and members.

2017

BEGIN WORK WITH AN AUSTIN BASED ADMINISTRATOR 

An Austin-based administrator requests the build-out of a scalable platform to manage front-end administration as well as back-en administration.
